Mr. Mahabir P. Agrawall, Chairman, Koncept Ambience (The Botanika) is a first generation entrepreneur with hands-on experience in the real estate sector for more than three decades. He began his business career by establishing an edible oil producing company at Kolkata in 1971. Thereafter, he diversified himself into altogether a different line of business – Real Estate Sector – and now with his knowledge and experience of almost 3 decades, in the real estate sector he has been a pioneer and motivating force behind the success of various projects like Swapnalok, Whisper Valley, Ambience Fort, Ambience Anthem, Ambience Canton, The Neighborhood, The Trails and Palm County.

He is a graduate from Kolkata University. He is an advocate of work life balance; enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and reading books & journals.

 

Vinod Sahney

Director of Universal Realtors

Mr. Vinod Sahney, Director of Universal Realtors Pvt. Ltd., started his career in 1967 with a Indo Japanese joint venture. He became the Executive Director in 1978 and subsequently the Managing Director in 1986. He joined ITC Limited in 1989 as General Manager at Kolkata and ITC Ltd (Paper Division) in 1991 as Functional Head and retired in the year 2002.

His achievements include setting up two highly successful trading organisations dealing with imports and exports and telecommunication. He has over 4 decades of managerial experience and is on the Board of five other companies where he provides his guidance on day to day basis. He is also associated with two other construction projects at Basheer Bagh and Isnapur. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and he enjoys sports, reading and travelling. He has travelled extensively around the world.

 

P.K.Agrawall

Formerly, Managing Director in Sreepathi Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a public limited company engaged in manufacturing, supply and export of Cirpo, he handled the affairs of the company for the fifteen years (from the year 1991 to 2005) in the area of finance, administration, export etc.

He has been the Managing Director in Ambience Properties Limited since 1995 (a public limited company having activities in the field of real estate development and construction). The company pioneered the concept of high class living in the gated community by developing whole colonies with all ultra modern facilities like club, gym, swimming pool, shopping complex, beautiful landscaped areas, sports etc. in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. After successful launch of the concept in Hyderabad, the company has now spread its activities country-wide.
